April 10, 2011 – The Beer I Drank Today – Żubr (which is Polish for European bison) is a Polish lager. It contains 6.0% alcohol by volume and is brewed by Kompania Piwowarska SA in Białystok and Poznań. It came in a 500 mL glass bottle with a pry-off cap.
